You don’t have to work on Strategy to be strategic.

I work in strategy and operations at Google. But on some days, I do question whether I work on strategy, or Strategy – with a capital S.

After all, I am not some mastermind behind secret corporate acquisition deals. Nor am I the architect behind some brilliant product roadmap.

But regardless of the work, I do try to remain strategic.

And on some days, that can come down to just doing 3 simple things well...
